Dr. Chanda Stephen holds a doctorate in Business administration from the Binary University of Malaysia, Master of art in Economic Policy Management, and bachelor’s degree from University of Zambia. Currently undertaking PPP Specialization under American Institute of Public private Partnership.  He has 20 years’ work experience. 16 years in private sector and four years in Public sector. He has served as deputy Chief of Party, Director. Coordinator, Manager in International Non-Governmental Organization USAID, UNICEF, SABCOHA, CHEMONICS, FAMILY HEALTH INTERNATIONAL Currently working with the Ministry of Finance and National Planning in Zambia under Public Private Partnership (PPP) as Senior Business Development Officer involved in Structuring, Development of PPP concept notes, evaluation, advising, facilitation and monitoring of PPP project in Zambo the development and structuring of Public-Private partnership projects for the Government of Zambia.
